2024 Patient & Family Conference

Please join us in Pittsburgh, PA for our second Patient Conference! Conference Registration open until August 1, 2024.

Sunday, September 15, 2024  – Patients and Families Only

• 2 – 6 PM: Patient and caregiver video production.
• 3 – 9 PM: Registration open.
• 6 – 9 PM: Welcome reception for patients and families to meet including a casual buffet dinner and performance by Pittsburgh Playback Improv.

Monday, September 16, 2024  — Workshops for patients and families Only. Dinner and evening program is open to all attendees.

• 9 AM – 4 PM: All day breakout workshops for patient community only; Lunch will be provided.
• 3 PM – 6 PM: Industry sponsor and organization booths open.
• 6:15 PM – 9 PM: Cocktail hour, dinner and program for patients, families, industry sponsors, providers and researchers; Keynote program with Dr. Deborah Gilboa.

Tuesday, September 17, 2024 – Open to ALL Guests

• 8 AM – 4 PM: Industry sponsor and provider presentations on research, prospective treatments, and trials; Lunch will be provided.
• 8 AM – 4 PM: Industry sponsor and organization booths open.
• 6 – 8 PM: Closing dinner.

Scholarships are available to attend the conference in the amount of $900 for one person or $1,200 for both patient and caregiver. Priority for scholarships are given to workshop facilitators and are then awarded on a first come, first served basis and will be paid at the conference.
