Scholarship Application

Scholarships are available to attend the conference in the amount of $900 for one person or $1,200 for both patient and caregiver. Priority for scholarships is given to workshop facilitators and are then awarded on a first come, first serve basis and will be paid after conference attendance. Note: Scholarship applications will not be reviewed unless a registration form has been completed. Application deadline is June 15, 2024.

I understand that scholarships are awarded on an honor system to those who have financial hardship attending the conference, and that the awards will be paid after the conference. I am responsible for arranging travel and hotel reservations to attend the conference and GCA has no obligation for payment of any direct expenses. I further understand that there are a limited number of scholarships and that by accepting a scholarship I am committing to attend the full conference. Scholarship recipients will be notified by July 1, 2024.
